POSITION 01

PM / PL

Lead AI, Web and business-system projects by connecting clients and development teams, managing quality, progress, issues and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements, schedules, progress and issue management
Client meetings, proposals and coordination
Team direction, reviews and quality management
Project-wide risk management and improvement proposals

Preferred: PM/PL experience, system-development experience, and client-facing coordination

POSITION 02

Systems Engineer (SE)

Design and develop Web systems, business systems and AI-integrated features. We welcome engineers who understand users and operations as well as technology.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements definition, high-level and detailed design
System development across Web, API and databases
Testing, enhancement, maintenance and operational improvement
Integration with AI services and external systems

Preferred: Experience with C#/.NET, Web development, databases, cloud platforms or AI APIs

POSITION 03

Sales

Work with business clients to understand their challenges and propose TOWA AI services such as AI adoption support, AI agents, Web and business-system development.

Key Responsibilities

New-business and existing-account sales
Discovery of client needs and proposal planning
Meeting setup, estimates, proposal materials and follow-up
Coordination with referral and alliance partners

Preferred: B2B sales, IT/Web sales, consultative sales or partner-sales experience

POSITION 04

Administration

Support the company and its projects through day-to-day administration, document organization, data entry and internal/external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, entering and organizing documents and data
Initial response to email and phone inquiries
Support for invoices, contracts and internal documents
Administrative support for sales and development teams

Preferred: Experience with Word, Excel or Google Workspace and careful administrative work

POSITION 05

Executive Assistant

Provide broad support for management, sales and project activities, including scheduling, meeting preparation and internal/external coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling meetings and appointments
Visitor, email, phone and general correspondence support
Organizing meeting materials, notes and information
Support for business trips, client meetings and internal operations

Preferred: Executive-assistant or sales-administration experience and Chinese/English language skills in addition to Japanese

POSITION 06

Photography

Plan, shoot and organize photography for TOWA AI websites, service pages, recruiting, social media and advertising. We welcome people who can translate the brand into clean, credible and forward-looking visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Photography of people, offices, products and events
Shoot planning and composition for Web, social media and advertising
Photo selection, color correction, retouching and asset management
Creative collaboration with design, sales and communications

Preferred: Corporate, portrait or product photography; Lightroom/Photoshop editing; video-shooting experience is a plus

POSITION 07

Digital Marketing

Grow awareness of TOWA AI services and brand through Web, social media, video platforms and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and publish across websites, social media and video platforms
Plan posts, campaigns and content production
Analyze traffic and engagement data and propose improvements
Coordinate SEO, advertising, email outreach and sales initiatives

Preferred: Experience in Web marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, video or content planning
